TRANSPORTATION

  • Nearly two dozen states, led by California, sue the Trump administration over its rollback of fuel efficiency standards for cars, saying it violates federal law and relies on a faulty analysis. (New York Times)

  • FERC rejects TransAlta’s plan to recover the costs of complying with the DOE’s stay-open order for the Centralia coal plant in Washington state, with regulators saying the plan extended too far geographically. (Utility Dive)
