Michigan approves tunnel for Line 5 pipeline

PIPELINES: Michigan regulators approve Enbridge’s plan to build a tunnel under the Straits of Mackinac for its Line 5 oil pipeline, calling it the best option to meet energy need and protect Great Lakes waters. (MLive)
