Jeffrey Ball

Jeffrey Ball’s writing about energy and the environment appears in various publications, including Canary and several national magazines. As the scholar-in-residence at Stanford University’s Steyer-Taylor Center for Energy Policy and Finance, a lecturer at Stanford Law School, and a nonresident senior fellow at The Brookings Institution, he teaches, researches and writes about the global decarbonization push. Previously he spent about 15 years at The Wall Street Journal as a reporter and columnist focusing on the business of climate change and as The Journals environment editor.
